Stair Steps to Success Mentoring Program...
is a non profit mentoring organization created to help the youth of Sullivan county, Indiana develop a desire to make valued contributions to their community.
The program is also designed to encourage students to seek post secondary educational opportunities. We would like to link youth to services that will result in higher education or career training.
Our goal is to help students develop a positive attitude toward school and a commitment to education so they will be aware of career options later in life. We also help build leadership skills to promote a higher level of self esteem so students have a sense of belonging.
